The Grenadines

St. Vincent and the Grenadines are located just north of Venezuela in the southernmost part of the Windward Islands. The Grenadines consist of 32 islands and cays stretching from St. Vincent in the north, to Grenada in the south. Most of the islands are only a few miles apart, allowing easy sailing to exotic anchorages.

St. Vincent and the Grenadines are still relatively unknown as resort destinations. They are, therefore, not nearly as touristy as other parts of the Caribbean. Good anchorages for sailboats are easily available throughout the isles. Although off the beaten track, St. Vincent has frequent air service from Barbados, reasonably priced stores with a wide selection of foods for provisioning a sailboat, and many attractions for tourists.

We hope our pictures and links to other sites regarding St. Vincent and the Grenadines will convince you to visit some of the best dive sites and sailing waters in the world.
